Anny E. Gonell, Executive Director of Gonell Psychotherapy Services, LCSW, PC, is a Master’s Level, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive training as a Psychotherapist. She specializes in Adults, Children, and Couples Therapy. Ms. Gonell specializes in treatment for Anxiety disorders, Depression, ADHD, OCD, Parenting/Behavioral Problems, and in helping individuals reach their emotional/ academic and/or personal potential.Ms. Gonell has over ten years of experience in the field with a background in school, medical, and clinical social work. Her therapeutic approach is primarily Cognitive-Behavioral; actively participating in the therapeutic process and assisting her clients achieve their personal goals. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is action-oriented, practical, rational, and helps the client gain independence and effectiveness in dealing with real-life issues.

In addition, Ms. Gonell has extensive experience working with Elementary School children, her background in School Social Work enables her to effectively work with students having adjustment difficulties, and/or other issues related to school performance and behavior. Ms. Gonell is bilingual (Spanish) and she enjoys assisting individuals and families that are having difficulty adjusting to the American culture and children who are exhibiting adjustment/behavioral problems.
